Owen Mumby-Harrison has joined Warbox as a senior developer with more than ten years of experience and will work closely with commercial director, Phil Kelsey, to expand the agency’s web offering.
The web development team has already secured a number of significant new client wins, including Baldwin Property Group and Dack Motor Group.
Explaining the announcement, Phil Kelsey, said:
“The launch of our web development arm supports the growth of Warbox’s strategic brand development and follows the expansion of our creative and client services teams at the end of 2021.
“Owen and I will combine more than two decades’ experience in the web development and tech space, and we are seeking to create the perfect formula based on our previous agency experience.
“We have added a huge amount of talent and experience to our creative team in recent months and this, combined with our new web offering will cement our position as one of the major brand players in the East Midlands.
“Our vision is to make effective use of emerging web techniques to keep sites light, fast and scalable. User experience is, and continues to be, at the forefront when it comes to finding an edge – and with the digital landscape continuing to be more competitive, it’s essential Warbox has the skills and knowledge to maximise the return of our clients’ investments.”
Warbox was launched in 2019 and is headed up by brand consultant Mark Fensom and Trevor Palmer, founder of PR Week-ranked digital PR agency Tank. Owen and Phil will work closely with Mark and his existing creative team, which includes art director, Leon Summers, designer, Leonie Doyle, and client services manager, Ruth Morgan.
The agency’s client base includes Nottingham’s Victoria Centre, business technology specialist The Access Group and NHS and emergency services discount scheme, Blue Light Card.
