The Role
A Warbox Account Manager (AM) should have experience in multiple disciplines and a sound understanding of marketing through experience and/or qualifications. They will have a minimum of 5 years in-agency experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines.
As a leading Brand Communications agency, you will have had experience managing clients from a broad range of sectors spanning B2B and B2C. You are a creative thinker, a great communicator, you have a passion for brand strategy and identity and its purpose and you boast an enviable track record of having successfully delivered marketing projects across all disciplines.
The successful candidate will also have experience in delivering digital and web projects on behalf of clients. An AM should develop strong, meaningful client and supplier relationships. Timely communication is imperative to complete projects on time and on budget. They will ensure the smooth running of projects – from communicating the correct information to facing clients and reporting to the wider internal marketing team.
An unrivalled level of organisation is expected so that all jobs run efficiently, with other team members relying on project organisation to meet wider deadlines and realise client expectations.
An AM will be able to produce a clear and logical project plan and monitor it every step of the way. They should have the confidence and expertise to self-manage projects to the best outcome of the client and Warbox.
They are a brand ambassador for both clients and Warbox, and will always uphold company values and standards.
Responsibilities
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements.
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients, ensuring it meets Warbox’s standards.
- Monitoring all stages of projects to guarantee that they run smoothly.
Writing status reports as required throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated. - Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget.
- Administration tasks that will help to keep projects well-managed and organised.
- Keeping self-motivated in order to achieve maximum productivity.
- Produce clear and logical project plans and monitor it at every step along the way.
- Act as brand ambassador for both Warbox and our clients - upholding company values and standards at all times.
