Client growth enables lace market creative agency to expand it's arsenal

7 December 2021

A series of major new business wins have enabled creative agency Warbox to expand it's team ahead of schedule.

Warbox, which is based in Nottingham’s Lace Market, has appointed Leon Summers as art director and Ruth Morgan as client services manager to support the agency’s expanding brand strategy team.

Leon and Ruth bring considerable experience to the Warbox team, across a broad range of sectors and creative disciplines. They have worked on a diverse and varied portfolio of client accounts, including leading organisations such as BT, E.ON, and the University of Leicester.

The appointments, which were part of the agency’s long-term expansion plans, have been accelerated as a result of significant client growth and new business wins, including from telecommunications manufacturer Fujikura, Nottingham’s Victoria Centre, Baldwin Property Group, and emergency services discount scheme Blue Light Card.

Commenting on the expansion, Mark Fensom, director of Warbox, said:

"Warbox has enjoyed a strong period of growth, cementing our presence in Nottingham and the Midlands and continuing to deliver campaigns for nationally-operating clients, as well as successfully launching UK brands into the US.”

“Ruth and Leon bring a wealth of experience to our team, enabling us to support the growth of our strategic brand development team.”

Fujikura, Baldwin Property Group and Nottingham’s Victoria Centre join Warbox’s extensive client base, including global software solutions provider ECi Software Solutions and Nottingham Hospitals Charity.

The agency was launched in 2019 and is headed up by brand consultant Mark Fensom and Trevor Palmer, founder of PR Week-ranked digital PR agency Tank.
